For a second time this year, RTA will host a free vaccination clinic for members of the public who want to be protected against the coronavirus

On Wednesday, July 14, a mobile clinic will be at RTA headquarters, 1825 Third Street. The location is served by routes 10, 13 and Dial-A-Ride. Another clinic will be held on Wednesday, July 21 at RTA’s Hemet facility, 700 Scaramella Circle. The Hemet location is served by routes 33, 74, 79 and Dial-A-Ride. Both clinics will be held from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.

This special opportunity is the result of a partnership between RTA which is hosting the clinics, Riverside University Health System which is sponsoring the clinics, and Curative which is administering the Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. Individuals age 12 and older are eligible for the Pfizer vaccine and individuals age 18 and older are eligible for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Follow-up appointments will be held August 4 in Riverside and August 11 in Hemet. Appointments are not required.
