RIVERSIDE, CA — (May 20, 2008) — In observation of Memorial Day, the Riverside Transit Agency’s (RTA) administrative offices will be closed Monday, May 26. RTA’s Customer Information Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist with travel needs that day, and buses will operate on a Sunday schedule.
RTA will resume its regular service Tuesday, May 27th.
The Riverside Transit Agency provides public transportation for Western Riverside County, operating 39 fixed routes, 7 commuter routes and 15 demand response services. RTA’s service area spans 2,500 square miles, the second-largest in the nation.
